Loukko by 
October sees the start of the new application period for translation grants by the Finnish Literature Exchange (FILI), which funds some 300 translation projects per year. Foreign publishers are eligible for these grants, which support the translation of Finnish literature into foreign languages and the translation of international literature into Finnish.
