Max Seeck’s new MILO series secures a two-book deal!

Max Seeck’s MILO series is on fire, securing a two-book deal in Estonia! The Estonian rights for the recently published first installment and its upcoming sequel have been acquired by Pegasus. The deal was closed by Elina Ahlbäck and Julia Bogen.

The first book of the series has already been sold to Bastei Lübbe in GermanyAschehoug in NorwayMéra Editions in FranceLatvijas Medijii in Latvia and Piemme in Italy. Solar Films adapts the book to an international TV show for global distribution. Pegasus joins this impressive list of publishers and by being the first to acquire the sequel, solidifiying Milo’s status as an international must-read in crime fiction.

Pegasus is proud to continue its collaboration with Max, whose previous books have also been published by the imprint. With this latest addition, readers can expect more thrilling narratives that highlight Seeck’s touch for suspense. Pegasus is known for its impressive list of Scandinavian crime authors, already home to heavyweights such as Camilla Läckberg, Lars Kepler, Viveca Sten, and Jussi Adler-Olsen.

About MILO:
Milo, a 38-year-old art enthusiast, gallery owner and criminal profiler struggles with sexual frustration that are both the cause and consequence for his marital problems with his wife Ronja. A body of a young woman is found painted in all-white representing a piece of chess. The chief inspector receives an anonymous letter with a short message: Bxc6.
