We are happy to announce that Storm Sisters – The Sinking World, the first part of the YA series by Mintie Das, has been published in Finland by Tammi and in Hungary by JCS Media. Storm Sisters will be published later this year also in Indonesia, Germany, and World English markets (in digital), followed by France and Spain in 2017. A wonderful launch party was organized in Helsinki by Mintie Das, Kaiken Publishing (former Rovio Books) and Tammi Publishers. Read more about the Storm Sisters series on Rovio’s website.
Storm Sisters: The Sinking World, Book 1 (399 pp.)
English Edition available
Charlie, Sadie, Liu, Raquel, and Ingela are five young girls traveling the Seven Seas in search of their missing families, who disappeared on the infamous Day of Destruction. The girls are in great danger from sinister foes and have created a false identity as a fierce group of pirates. As a vengeful father threatens Liu, the girls must head into uncharted waters. But how long will their disguise keep them from harm? And is it such a good idea to join forces with a group of rebellious boys from their past?
Storm Sisters: The Frozen Seas, Book 2 (284 pp.)
English manuscript available
The pirate sisters are back − in sub-zero temperatures! Old grudges and new enemies emerge as the girls continue the quest to track down their families. Their adventure takes them to the frigid world of a Scandinavian royal court, where a daughter is to meet the mother who abandoned her years ago. When Tristan, a dazzling royal officer, arrives on the
scene, emotions come to the surface and hearts are broken. And how will the Storm Sisters reach the place all clues seem to lead: a forbidden land of ice in the deepest, darkest part of the Arctic Ocean?
Storm Sisters: The Ocean of Secrets, Book 3 (300 pp.)
Manuscript available in Fall 2016
When enemies tear the group apart, Charlie, Liu, Taye and Axel need to hunt down the slave ship on which Sadie, Raquel and Ingela are imprisoned. Their chase leads them to the heart of the American Revolutionary War. Suddenly, nothing is what it seems and the girls find themselves trapped in a web of deception and lies. As Charlie and Liu search for a hidden enemy, secrets buried for decades float to the surface and threaten to drown them all.
